2012 April Hike @ MacRitchie Reservoir

13 April 2012, Friday
Our unit went for a hike at the MacRitchie Reservoir.

A total of 37 cub scouts participated in this hike.

The objective of this hike was to learn about tracking. Tracking is one of the traditional Scouting activities and involves Cub Scouts leaving signs or symbols made from natural material on a trail or course for others to follow.

The cub scouts were then divided into 4 groups.
The first group was led by Mr Chan, who taught them how to lay track signs for the other 3 groups to follow.
